Sponsorship Opportunities for Newman’s Outdoor Movie Night Series

The City of Newman is seeking sponsorships for this year’s family friendly, outdoor movie series that will be held at Sherman Park beginning in June 2016.  The series is designed to promote family-oriented activities that help to reduce crime, strengthen neighborhood awareness and provide a fun-filled evening that can be enjoyed by the entire community. Programming is funded by the City of Newman. In addition, we also seek sponsorships from local businesses, organizations and individuals.

Whether you or your organization are new to the area and building community awareness or a well-established organization looking for the right opportunity to give back to the community, the Recreation Department has an effective and fun way to help meet your goals. Sponsorship levels range from $35 to $125, with each level providing promotional opportunities.

The Outdoor Movie series is free to the public and the movies selected are rated PG for children and families to enjoy. We are excited to provide events that help strengthen our community and provide fun and free entertainment options for the community and visitors to Newman.

Donations of raffle prizes are welcomed. Patrons can purchase tickets and also bring canned or dry goods in exchange for raffle tickets. All raffle food donations will be donated to the local food bank for the benefit of the community.
